Did you catch yesterday’s post about our part 1 of our 100th Day celebration? We are still finishing up some of our activities. Here is a few more things we have done!
………………
I labeled different containers and put random objects in each.
We pass each container around and my wrote YES if they thought it had 100 items and NO if they thought it didn’t.
The number labels and recording sheet are in my 100th Day Unit.
When my students were done we counted each container and we made a tally mark chart to see who got the most correct. Even I did it and I missed several of them. {I did not count the objects when I was filling the containers.}
………………
Hide these cupcake numbers around the room and let students find them and put them in order in a class pocket chart. I only let four kids look for the numbers at a time. They can each find four numbers then they go put their numbers in the pocket chart and the next four go look for numbers. Otherwise.. it would be total chaos and I don’t do chaos! {at ALL!} We have also used these cards for tons of other activities this week too! They are in my 100th Day Unit.
………………
Did you see our BIG fish bowl yesterday?
We also cut 100 hearts! Love these projects! They are quick and super easy but turn out cute. The patterns are also in my 100th Day Unit.
