YES! We are STILL testing! The bright side is that I did not have to squeeze this insanely long test into one week. The dark side.. it goes on forever and ever and ever! I am really ready to get back into a normal schedule.

We made these Easter bunnies this week.. Did you notice the one that doesn't have whiskers?!  These were hanging on our hall bulletin board for three days before I noticed. And, only because a former student pointed it out.

These are a free download in my TpT store.

Oh my! These pretzels are my current obsession! Seriously.. the BEST!

Our Easter egg hunt was scheduled for Thursday but the weather forcast was filled with 90% change of thunderstorms.. so we moved it up to Wednesday. It was a beautiful, spring day. We had a blast hunting eggs and celebrating Easter!

Thursday was story board project day for my firsties. What a BIG day! Their FIRST home project was due. This has been the "talk" for weeks. They each got to share and tell about their project and their book. This is just a few of the great boards that were brought today.

  1. I LOVE the bright colors of the outfits your students are all wearing on their egg hunt day!! I am so happy for you that you are done with testing too! We can stretch ours out over two weeks too, but I still feel like we are testing non stop for those two weeks! So much testing!! Enjoy your Easter!!

You are lucky to be finishing your testing, we are beginning next week, our schedules are turned upside down. half of my kids are taking the test, half of them will be taking the alternative assessment, it's going to be a nightmare. no, it will be okay, when it's over! thanks for this great blog, Paula
