Five For Friday {Linky Party.. March 15th}

fiveforfriday

Today is Friday.. join me in posting 5 random things from your week or today. Add your blog link below. Last week 151 of you joined in on the party. Can you beat that this week?

Here are my “Five for Friday”..

014

1. I am wrapping up my Spring Break vacation.. and let me tell you it has been a GREAT week! I have enjoyed and taken advantage of having a week off from school. I have worked all day/every day catching up on things that I have been putting off or just needed to do. This little girl has enjoyed me being at home all week too. She has been right beside me all week. This is sweet Peanut..

2. New Folders… Our school breaks down the year into four 9-week periods. Each new nine weeks I give my students new take-home folders. I cannot believe we start the last 9 weeks on Monday. Where has the year gone?? This has been the fastest {but hardest} year ever!

3. I stopped by the school on Wednesday to do a few things. I grabbed our directed drawings from the hall bulletin board and brought them home. I made them into books to put on our book table. My kids will love looking at their Lincoln and Washington drawings.

4. I really had good intentions on making a President’s day post and sharing some of the things we did.. but I never got around to it. But, I wanted to jump in and share this freebie with you. I made and upload this counting by 3’s activity to my TpT store.. It has the cards and a recording sheet if you are interested.

5. While I was at the school Wednesday morning- I put away the America and St. Patrick’s Day books and pulled out my Easter collection. I really don’t like Easter being in March. I all ready feel like I am squeezing it in…

You can see some of the things we will do for Easter in this post and there are some freebies too if you want to jump over and check it out.

  17. Love your counting by 3's review! This is so hard for kiddos! They can always get the 2's, 5's, and 10's; but 3's are tough! Thanks for hosting this linky; what a fun Friday tradition it's becoming for our blog!
