Five for Friday is a weekly teacher linky party where you post five random things from today or this past week and on your blog. Then, you come back and link your blog post up at the bottom of this post in the linky tool. Grab the button above and link back to this post on your blog.
Easter was fun and packed with family and food. It was also pretty glorious to have a 4 day weekend. And, sadly.. the last holiday before school is out!
I spent my day off Monday getting ahead with some lesson planning and school work. This was Dino Week- so I got a few things ready for my students while I had the extra time.
Our book for the week has been Danny the Dinosaur. One of my VERY favorites. I have comphrension questions for the book in my Dino Pack too if you are interested. It is broken down into 4 parts. We do a part each day and answer the questions.
And.. these books are on SALE at Amazon for $2.25. What a steal!
Every year our town's Garden Club ladies group presents a fairy tale play and we get to go see it. They do a fabulous job. This year was Cinderella. We spent all week reading different versions and enjoyed the play Thursday morning. Even my little guys, who were not thrilled at first, loved it!
A few weeks ago I started this Frog Frenzy unit and I got it finished up and listed in my store this week. I am super excited about its cuteness and the easy prep math centers and printables. These will fit in perfectly with our math centers in the next few weeks!
I would love for you to post your Five for Friday and link up below.
PLEASE remember to use the Five for Friday graphic at the top of this post and also link back to my blog. xoxo
