Five for Friday {Linky Party.. March 14th}

Five for Friday is a weekly teacher linky party where you post five random things from today or this past week and on your blog. Then, you come back and link your blog post up at the bottom of this post in the linky tool.Grab the button above and link back to this post on your blog.

I finished up my Spring Math Sheets this week and have them available in my store. I will definitely be putting these to use in the next month or so.. an Easter set is coming soon.

My parents went out of town for a couple of days and we did a little dog-sitting for them. This is Buck hanging out with me while I work .. and he is not impressed with the ladybugs either...

They have SERIOUSLY invaded my office. It warmed up and BAM they came from no where.. At least they are ladybugs, right?!?! Could be so worse? But, how do you get rid of them?

Do we need to discuss this? I should be ashamed. I REALLY should be ashamed that I stopped playing for at least 2 months and I started again. Level 400.. games make your brain work and make you smarter, right!?

I made a trip to my classroom this afternoon {it's our Spring Break week} and pulled out a few dinosaur things to get ready for dino week. I am super excited! I ♥ Dinos!

And, I also made a quick stop by our local public library to check out some books that I don't have to add to the reading table next week.

My Spring Break is over and I am officially down to just a weekend.. boo! But, it has been a good week. It's amazing how much you can get done with all the extra time when you aren't teaching all day!

I would love for you to link up your Five for Friday post below. Happy Weekend Teacher Friends!

  2. How in the WORLD did you get to Level 400? That is amazing to me by the way. :) We go in streaks with "ladybug invasion" too- I don't know what it is or how to stop it. Must be LOTS of luck coming your way?!? (Just go with that...) I love your "what comes next" sheets, too!

  5. We had the ladybugs in the fall. They came from nowhere, stayed about two weeks, were everywhere, then just disappeared. Technically, the ones we had weren't ladybugs. They were actually a light orange, some kind of Asian beetle. What a nuisance and the buggers drove my feline fur baby crazy!

  7. I'm going to check out your spring math! Thanks for the link up! It's always great! Once a year, ladybugs attack our laundry room. They go away within a week. I wish they would stay away...

  8. I think the best way to get rid of the ladybugs - is to bring 20 Kinder kids home to discover them. They will be gone in no time.

  10. I love Candy Crush! But I have not played in a while. I got stuck on a level for over a month and when I finally beat it, I just quit playing. When summer comes I am sure I will get started playing again!

    Thanks for the Linky!

  11. I've had the ladybugs before - in the fall. I read in the Boston Globe that you should not kill them because they leave behind a stain. I love Corgis - they're very cute.

  12. I haven't found ladybugs in my house yet, but just about everyday after school, there is a new wasp to kill. Don't know how they keep finding their way in!
