Our Monday was jammed packed with Halloween fun! We celebrated basically ALL day and then we had a huge Harvest Festival that night. I was not looking forward to Tuesday.  But, it wasn’t too bad!

And, then somehow we got caught up in the World Series fun at our house and it kept me up late a few more nights this week.
Sleep is definitely planned for this weekend FOR SURE!

I put together this quick turkey to go on our hall bulletin board Tuesday morning. I was so thankful to pull down Halloween decorations and move on to Thanksgiving. I need some words on the sides of the turkey but I haven’t taken the time to make them yet. This is a free download if you want to make your own turkey. But, here is the deal.. it is not editable. So, you will have to handwrite your names on the feathers if you want to use names.

We also celebrated the beginning of November with these printables. These are part of my Months of the Year Unit. I seriously use this unit at the beginning of each month and I also use it a lot in January. It is one of my favorite resources.

I also prepped my Thanksgiving Cut and Paste sheets to use as morning work. These are a life saver and keep my little ones busy for a few minutes each morning while everyone gets unpacked and ready for the day.

Our phonics story this week was about a hen and we have also been reading The Little Red Hen so we made these cute little hens.

These are made using patterns from Lita Lita.
