This weekend I went and stayed with my sister and celebrated my niece’s 12th birthday! She had a birthday party painting class… and we painted these precious owls! It is going to look so cute in my newly painted pink office!

Tomorrow is Monday.. and I must go “get my head together” about some lesson plans! Thursday is our 100th day so I am planning some fun things for my class. I will share those later this week.

What are you doing for your 100th day of school?? Please do share!

xoxo, Kacey

  2. Super cute owl!!!!!!!!! :)
We are celebrating our 100th day this Friday . . . and amongst assessments and Jump Rope for Heart Kick Off Assemblies, it is going to be very scaled back. We are for sure making fruit loop necklaces (because I bought the cereal!) and some fun crowns. I don't know if we'll be able to squeeze in trail mixand exercises. We'll see!!

  4. That is the most darling owl! I love, love, love owls :)

We had our 100th day last Friday and did all sorts of fun stuff! We read 100 books (actually, 103!), made 100th day glasses, wrote about what we would be like at 100, dressed up to be 100 years old, made super cute scrapbook 100 year old pictures, had a special 100th day snack mix (counting our snacks by 10s), and did 100 exercises! Whew! You can read all about it at my new blog!
