Top 5 Amazon Back to School Products

If you have been living under a rock and haven't signed up for Amazon Prime.. NOW is the time to jump on the ship! I seriously don't know anyone who has EVER regretted having a prime membership. I order from Amazon at least 2-3 times a week. It's easy. No minimum orders and free 2 day shipping. I am SOLD for life!

{I even buy pet food so they will deliver it straight to my door and I don't have to deal with it at the stores!}

So, back to school is coming up really, really, REALLY fast! Yikes! I have less than 3 weeks until my little kiddos walk through the door. And, it seems like everyday I am ordering or buying some kind of school supply for my classroom.

I wanted to share my top 5 Amazon back to school items that I love to stock up on. I order these year round but I order extras this time of the year. Here goes...
One question I get asked at least once a week is what kind of paper I use for my centers. This is my go to brand. This cardstock is not super thick but if you are laminating it- it works great!
They do carry thicker weight cardstock with this brand but this works perfect for centers. No need to buy a heavier paper!
Side note: I buy colored cardstock at Michaels!

You know kids go through glue sticks like candy! It's crazy but we glue A LOT in my room and it is a must have. I do know that you can buy it a little bit cheaper this time of the year in stores. But, those crazy back to school aisles get the best of my patience. You can get this BIG box of 60 sticks for less than $17. I'll take a few boxes please!

Ahhhhh, .... smelly markers! They take me back to memories of being a kid! Everyone needs a pack or two! These are so over priced in stores once you purchase them on Amazon.

Most teachers are pencil snobs. Anybody that has to sharpen pencils daily turns into one quickly. And, Ticonderoga ones are the BEST. They seriously don't like when they claim to be the BEST PENCILS in the world. Yep! They are!

I go through laminating pouches pretty quickly and these are always on my shopping list.

IF you have a great Amazon product- please share!

  1. I just ordered Mr. SKetch markers, laminating pouches, and Ticonderoga pencils myself! Amazon must LOVE us teachers! The cardstock comes from school; they order a few packages for me each year... lucky me!

  2. Did you know that Staples and Target (and probably others, but I'm not sure who) both price match to Amazon? Just have the item pulled up on your phone and they'll match it at the register. This has been a total life saver for last minute needs!
