Five for Friday is a weekly teacher linky party where you post five random things from today or this past week and on your blog. Then, you come back and link your blog post up at the bottom of this post in the linky tool.Grab the button above and link back to this post on your blog.
A few days ago – I posted about these fun Candy Corn Guys over on the Blog Hoppin’ blog. They are also a free download in my TpT store.
These are displayed on our main hall bulletin board. My class was assigned the month of October- and they are smiling at you when you walk in the front door of our building.

I have definitely put the MANY pocket charts to use this week in my room. I have been pulling students 1 or 2 at a time for extra sight word practice and I have needed lots of activities to keep the others busy.

I took a personal day on Thursday and went to the largest flea market in our state. I’ve been going for about 15 years. It’s a fun day. It was crowed {as usual} and really hot this year. But, always fun!
While I was out on Thursday, I left this monster project with the little ones. They turned out pretty funny!
I don’t have anything exciting for #5.. other than it’s Friday. And, we have a 1/2 day. I would totally fall in love with a fall break .. but unfortunately I will settle for just an afternoon off. I think I might just take a nap.
And for no reason.. here is a little Biscuit cuteness! I simply ♥ her!
Have a wonderful weekend! Link up your below!
Love both the craftivities! We might have to give them a go later this month!

I'm loving your Halloween crafts with the kids. They turned out really great. I also love that you went to a flea market for your personal day. It sounds like so much fun. Did you get anything? It's always so fun to see everything that is offered. Hope you have a great weekend. Enjoy your half day!
